Event Details: Price is $95 per person, including copy of the book.
If a couple wants just one book, the couple price : $160
If anyone wishes to purchase additional books as part of the event: $40.
Event begins at 6:30PM with a Tuscan wine tasting at our adjacent wine and gourmet shop, Panzano Provviste e Vino. We will feature crostini di fegato, fagioli all'uccellatto, and cured meats and cheeses with the wine.
Fred Mullins, GM of Panzano, will be selecting the wines for the 6:30 tasting as well as to pair with the menu
At 7:15PM we will move over to the restaurant for dinner. Dinner will be 4 courses with Tuscan wine to accompany each course.

Tagliatelle ai Funghi - porcini ragout, gremolata, shaved parmigiano
Arista alla Fiorentina - slow roasted heritage pork, apples, potatoes, and rosemary with radicchio trevisano
